Très douloureux

"J'ai commencé à avoir des ampoules au bout que quelques centaines de mètres. Au bout d'un kilomètre j'ai du changer de chaussures tellement la douleur était vive et les ampoules abîmées. J'ai essayé de modifier le serrage du bandeau et elles sont pourtant à la bonne taille mais elles ont beaucoup abîmé le dessus de mon pied. J'en ai pour quelques jours de pansements."
