"thanks for your enquire. Actually I got the shoes but the size is not correct although I ordered - as you suggested - a larger size; it was not enough. I have now to start the process top get it back however it's not clear to me if you are going to refund me first and then I have to process a new order or, once you have gotten the shoes back and have controlled that they are OK, if you are going to ship me over the new size."
