Refund never processed
"I bought a 40 which was just a tiny bit too small on my big foot. The next size up was 41-42 which was going to be way too big on my smaller foot, so I returned them. The return arrived back at the warehouse within the allowed refund time frame and after multiple emails with customer "service" they have not been able to give me an answer as to why my refund hasn't been processed. It has been over two months since they were delivered back at the warehouse. I'm not sure I'm actually getting a response from a human since they just keep repeating facts which do not address my concerns. I'm hoping this post will get their attention and someone will help me."
