Uncomfortable strap buckle
"Very disappointed with the shoes. I have a different pair of Scholls I’ve been wearing religiously for many years that has a Velcro strap. Unfortunately it’s no longer available so I took a chance and ordered Josephine. The loop of the buckle is very hard and can be felt on top of my foot, through the leather and it feels like it’s digging into my skin. I tried everything to make it flatter but no chance! I can barely wear it for a few mins around the house until it becomes painful"
