Hopeless returns process
"The clogs were not comfortable, being inflexible. I have a high arch and the clogs just didn’t work for me. Trying to return them turned into the most atrocious experience. On the Scholl. com page return are noted at €10. The only choice for UK was via FedEx. I followed all instructions to the letter. But my parcel was refused at the drop off because of lack of “ digital Clearance”. No amount of emails to Scholl, h-fshoes. com, or ESW, have brought any response. FedEx charge £23 for a return to Italy. Disgusted. But more utterly disappointed because I have loved my Scholl shoes and was glad to find them online. But returns… you’re lumbered with your purchase if they don’t suit you."
