"I'm usually between a 37 or 38 and after reading reviews, the company recommended sticking with the size I have in Birkenstock so I decided to order 37 and they are sadly too small. . so bummed because I have to pay extra taxes for them to come to Switzerland so won't be able to get the next size."

"I really like the shoes — the design and overall quality are great. The only issue is the sizing. I ordered size 39, but it feels much smaller, more like a size 38 or even less. Please consider reviewing the size guide, because otherwise the shoes are lovely."
