not true to size - run a size smaller
"I like these slippers a lot - they are sturdy and hopefully will be comfy. Note to Scholl: I wear a size 40 and have ordered several pairs from you already. These 'Fae new' run more like a size 39 than a size 40. I have to send them back and have now ordered a size 41. What bothers me is that you charge your CH-customers 10 euros to return a shoe in a size that's not listed correctly. I’m not sending them back because I changed my mind, but because the listed size doesn’t match the actual size."
